How does It Work?
Once you join eHR, your resume will be made available to a number of employers in Australia. If you have received an acceptance email for a particular position that would mean your resume was short listed for that particular position with the employer. We will also actively submit your resume to potential employers that post similar job postings that match your qualifications until you are placed successfully.

    Download the sample resume from eHR.com.au and please make sure your resume has similar style to the sample resume
     
  3. Upload your resume
    Log in and upload your resume, alternatively, you can apply for individual openings and upload your cover letter and resume
     
  4. eHR.com.au will match jobs in Australia for you
    Once your application is received, we will evaluate your application and match suitable jobs in Australia for you
     
  5. Phone Interview
    eHR.com.au will conduct phone interviews with you if your application is suitable
     
  6. Face to face Interview
    A face to face interview will be organised in our Taipei office once your application is shortlisted. You will also be contacted by the prospective employers and conduct a telephone interview in English
     
  7. Job offer
    Once your application is successful, your prospective employer will send you a job offer outlining the pay and work conditions.
     
  8. Arrange Visa
    Obtaining a Working Holiday Visa is easy and doesn’t cost a lot of money. eHR.com.au will assist you in obtaining the Visa and in most cases eHR.com.au will refund the cost of Visa for you once you become a permanent staff.
     
  9. Arrive in Australia
    Once you arrive in Australia, Your employer will arrange airport pick up and temporary accommodation for you before moving you to a permanent accommodation at the location of your work.

REWARDS - Benefits of working in Australia
  1. 3-6 months contract follow by potential permanent role
    Initially you will be placed on a probation/contract of 3-6 months. Once you have completed your probation/contract, you may be offered a full time permanent position subject to your performance during the probation/contract period.
     
  2. Salary
    The median salary in Western Australia is AUD$59,000. Your salary is subjected to negotiation with your employer. ehr.com.au will assist you in your negotiation to obtain the best salary for you. Depending on the employer, salary is generally reviewed once every 6 months or 12 months.
     
  3. Allowance
    These may include site allowance, travel allowance and meal allowance.
     
  4. Bonus
    Some company offers retention bonuses.
     
  5. Retirement funds
    Australian law requires your employer to pay a minimum 9% superannuation (retirement funds) in addition to your salary. For example, if you annual salary is AUD$50,000, your employer will need to pay an additional $4500 into your superannuation account. You can obtain your superannuation fund once you leave Australia permanently, subject to a 20-30% tax.
     
  6. Workers insurance
    Your employer will pay the workers compensation insurance for you under the Australian law. The workers insurance will cover work related injuries, sickness and death.
     
  7. Annual leave
    You will be entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks paid vacation.
     
  8. Sick leave
    You will be entitled to a minimum of 2 weeks paid sick leave.
     
  9. Medical Insurance
    You are required to be covered by medical insurance at all time. This will cover your for public and private hospital services. The cost of 1 year basic medical insurance (2007) is AUD$1,002 for a single person. Some company will pay for the medical insurance for you. Otherwise you will need to pay for the medical insurance yourself.
