澳洲東林人力將參加 2008 年度由澳大利亞商工辦事處所舉辦的澳洲遊學打工度假展,我們將提供工作須知資訊並同時為澳洲職缺進行人才招攬,我們誠心的邀請您的參與,讓您更加了解澳洲的工作環境.

Application Process

1. 投履歷
-請您在www.ehr.com.au/417網站上打工度假區下載並填好 eHR 的申請表
-再以email, 傳真或郵寄回傳申請表和英文履歷表於本公司
-可以與本公司聯絡, 由台北辦公室email, 傳真或郵寄申請表給您
-
-本公司將不受理以下申請者
    無法連續工作六個月
    超過三個月以後才能開始工作(請在可以到澳洲工作三個月內再申請)
    應徵表不完整填入或不附上大頭照
-
*因為工作類別繁多, 每位應徵者條件不同, 在收到應徵者履歷前我們無法回答詳細的工作細節問題

2. 諮詢與面試
-接收到您的履歷並經過初步審核後, 我們會邀請適合的應徵者到台北辦公室諮詢並面試, 讓應徵者能更加了解工作性質, 也讓我們能安排更適合的工作給您

3. 應徵者審核 / 工作細節
-在約談後並面試後, 我們會將適合的應徵者推薦給雇主, 同時也會將適合的工作內容傳達予應徵者, 讓應徵者能更了解工作機會, 並有需要的話, 持續為澳洲雇主安排視訊上或電話上與應徵者的面試.
-依照不同的工作狀況, 此階段可能會需要一到二個月的時間或更久

4. 錄取並簽合約
-當應徵者與雇主都對就業條件滿意後, Eastlink HR 將發出聘約書予應徵者
-依照澳洲當地法令, 應徵者簽署合約就代表同意承擔並執行所有工作合約上所被賦予的責任, 並成為員工, 雇主與 Eastlink HR 也必須對員工負起並執行合約上所有被賦予的責任.
-在簽屬合約前 Eastlink HR 將會為應徵者解釋所有合約內容和住宿細節, 應徵者必須同意所有條件再簽屬合約

5. 簽證辦理 / 機票安排 / 出發前準備
-員工必須在合約所規定時間內到達澳洲開始工作, Eastlink HR 將從旁協助但所有員工必須自行辦好簽證, 買好機票並安排到達澳洲的行程.
-在員工簽署合約後, Eastlink HR 澳洲東林人力會為員工提供準備去澳洲的資訊, 讓員工能儘快適應當地環境.

6. 接機 / 安排住宿 / 開始工作
-員工到澳洲的接機與住宿將在離開台灣前就被安排好, Eastlink HR 澳洲東林人力也會從旁協助員工生活上細節, 讓員工能順利的持續工作, 並每六個月安排新工作.

6 Months - 2 Years Australian Working Holiday Program
使用澳洲政府的打工度假簽證政策, 澳洲東林人力設計了此工作計劃, 不同於一般的打工度假計劃,我們是專門為想要到澳洲工作賺錢的台灣青年而設計的, 我們會依據您的專長,為您安排相關的工作,並為您安排住宿, 交通, 申請文件, 及其他生活上需要。
Eastlink HR澳洲東林人力在全澳洲有綿密的工作就業網絡,可以彈性的為您安排在澳洲的工作,我們會依照澳洲政府的打工度假簽證規定,在您每一份工作屆滿六個月時為您安排下一份工作。

Australia’s work and holiday program allows working holiday makers to have an extended holiday in Australia by supplementing their travel through employment.
Eastlink HR provides a structured but flexible employment/holiday program where an opportunity to see Australia is provided to our candidates. We provide ample employment to subsidise your holiday activities.

基本篩條件
Basic Selection Criteria

合澳洲打工度假簽證條件(見以下)
工作態度良好, 品性良好無不良嗜好
能連續工作最少六個月(無法工作六個月者將不被考慮)
願意被派至澳洲鄉下或偏遠地區工作, 努力工作賺錢的年輕人
具基本英語溝通能力 (聽說) 會被列為優先考量

Satisfy the visa condition (see below)
Good working attitude, good character and no bad habits
Willing to work for at least 6 months consecutively (Candidates unable to work 6 months will not be considered)
Willing to work hard in regional Australia
Candidates with basic English communication skills will be given first priority

澳洲打工度假簽證條件
Working Holiday Visa Conditions
(澳洲移民局申請簽證官方要求,非澳洲東林人力工作條件)

持有中華民國護照
符合健康及品行條件
足歲超過18 歲未滿31 歲
持有來回機票及AUD$ 5000的存款證明

Must be an eligible passport holder
Meet health and character requirements
Aged between 18 and 30
Must hold a return ticket or proof of sufficient funds for onward fare as well as sufficient funds for first part of their stay (sufficient being A$5000)

依照規定, 簽證持有者可以從事任何工作, 同一僱主最多只能工作6個月, 簽證持有者享有跟本地人一樣的工作條件及待遇。第一張打工度假簽證為期12個月, 必須在簽發後12個月內進入澳洲, 第一次申請時人必須要在台灣。

All working holiday visa holders are permitted to do any type of work up to a period of six months with one employer. All people on a working holiday visa are entitled to the same pay and working conditions as Australian residents. The initial working holiday visa is granted for a period of 12 months from the time you enter Australia for the first time ad this must be applied for outside of Australia.

第二年打工度假簽證
Second Working Holiday Visa

如果在第一年的打工度假簽證期間, 簽証持有人在規定鄉下地區完成了最少三個月的季節性工作, 就符合可以再延期一年的條件。

To be eligible for a second working holiday visa applicants must complete at least 3 months of seasonal work in any of the allocated regional areas. This visa will allow you to apply for an extra 12 months on your working holiday visa.

How long do I need to work as a minimum? 最少需要工作多長時間?

What are the health requirements? 健康要求

申請簽証時必須至指定醫院進行身體健康檢查

In general candidates from all countries are required to have a chest x-ray as a minimum requirement. Certain countries have further requirements, as per table below. All medical requirements must be completed by a doctor on the panel of registered doctors with Department of Immigration and Citizenship. www.immi.gov.au/contacts/panel-doctors

How long can I work in Australia for? 我能在澳洲工作多久呢?

Eastlink HR會外派您為同一位僱主工作最長達六個月﹐六個月滿時我們會為年安排下一階段的工作。

All working holiday visa holders are permitted to do any type of work up to a period of six months with one employer. At the completion of each six months they are required to either change employment or embark on the travelling component of the trip to Australia. We can provide onward employment with another employer for the duration of the working holiday visa.

What if I want to extend my Working Holiday Visa? 如果我想要延期?

如果在第一年的打工度假期間﹐在簽証規定的鄉下地區作以下規定的季節性工作超過三個月﹐依照規定最多可以延期一年﹐我們會在您完成第一階段六個月工作之後﹐為您安排至鄉下地區作以下規定的季節性工作三個月。

Seasonal work is any type of work that is undertaken as the employee of a primary producer, including for example:
- picking fruit, nuts and other crops
- pruning and trimming vines and trees
- general maintenance crop work
- immediate processing of plant products
- other work associated with packing or transporting the harvest
- cultivating or propagating plants, fungi or their products or parts
- maintaining animals for the purpose of selling them or their bodily produce, including natural increase
- immediate processing of animal products including shearing, butchery, packing and tanning
- manufacturing dairy produce from raw material
- conducting operations relating directly to taking or culturing pearls or pearl shell
- planting or tending trees in a plantation or forest that are intending to be felled
- felling trees in a plantation or forest
- transporting trees or parts of trees that you felled in a plantation or forest to the place where they are first to be milled or processed or from which they are to be transported to the place where they are to be milled or processed
- operating equipment to excavate, load, transport minerals, or mining and materials engineering.
